Feast of Fields
15. September 2008 by David.
Every now and then you get to see something really inspiring. I think a few hundred people interested in food mingling for an afternoon sure did it for me. COG-Ottawa put together another great event this year, with 25 farmer-chef teams, a spectacular desert tent and many informational booths.
This being my first year attending the festival I put together a simple booth with the help of Caro. We had a lot of fun and met tones of great people. If you happen to be interested in joining the Intentional Eaters CSA, just send me an e-mail and I’ll be sure to send you membership information later this winter.
